These terms apply when you access or use ZimbaLink. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Operator and legal status
Nhava Holdings operates ZimbaLink. ZimbaLink provides the marketplace and related digital services described in these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements to use ZimbaLink. Keep account details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.
Marketplace role
ZimbaLink helps users discover, list and discuss goods and services. Unless a feature says otherwise, ZimbaLink is not the seller, employer, landlord, service provider or party to an agreement between users. Check listings and counterparties before transacting.
User content and safety
Do not post illegal, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous or infringing content. Do not impersonate others, spam users or manipulate reviews. ZimbaLink may review reports, remove content, limit reach, suspend accounts or cooperate with lawful requests.
Paid packages, refunds and disputes
ZimbaLink paid packages and boosts are one-off purchases unless a checkout screen clearly says otherwise; they do not automatically renew. If a confirmed payment is duplicated or a package fails to activate, contact support with the payment reference so we can investigate and, where appropriate, refund or re-credit it. Once a package or boost has started, its fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where ZimbaLink failed to deliver the paid feature. Raise a package or payment dispute within 30 days. Refunds use the original payment route where possible. Disputes about goods or services sold by another user must first be raised with that seller; ZimbaLink may assist with reports but is not a party to the sale.
Emergency, legal and local information
ZimbaLink is not an emergency authority. Private responders may be unavailable or unable to accept a request; call official emergency services first when safety is at risk. Legal Help is a directory and enquiry tool, not legal advice, and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Verify a practitioner independently. My Hustle listings do not guarantee income, work, product quality or results. Currency conversions are indicative references, not an offer to exchange money or a transaction price.
Professional massage listings
Massage listings must describe lawful, professional wellness or therapeutic services. Sexual or erotic services, requests or offers, solicitation, nudity, and suggestive or coded advertising are prohibited. ZimbaLink may remove listings and restrict accounts that violate this rule.
Advertising and promotions
Ads and boosted listings must be accurate, lawful and clearly identified. Advertisers may not disguise ads, make unsupported claims, promote prohibited goods or target users unlawfully. ZimbaLink may reject, pause or remove advertising and may retain payment for delivered ad periods subject to the refund rules above. ZimbaLink earns from ads and paid listing packages only and does not charge commission on buyer-seller sales.
Liability and changes
The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, ZimbaLink is not responsible for user content, off-platform conduct or indirect loss. Zimbabwean law governs these terms.
Prohibited content and listings
ZimbaLink does not allow content, listings or requests involving the following:
- • Illegal drugs, controlled substances or unlawfully sold prescription medicines.
- • Firearms, ammunition, explosives or prohibited weapons.
- • Stolen goods, counterfeit products or fake documents.
- • Pornographic material, sexual exploitation or trafficking.
- • Scams, fraud, phishing, credential theft or requests for PINs and OTPs.
- • Hate, targeted harassment, violent extremist material or credible threats.
- • Illegal wildlife products, human trafficking or other unlawful trade.
- • Content that violates another person's privacy, safety or intellectual property rights.
ZimbaLink may remove prohibited material, restrict visibility, suspend accounts and preserve relevant records for safety or lawful requests.
Ending use and contact
You may stop using ZimbaLink at any time and request account deletion. ZimbaLink may suspend access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. Contact support@zimbalink.co.zw for help.
